Remote Technical Lead: Cross‑Platform P2P Architect

Framework Ventures in Dubai is seeking a Technical Lead to guide development in creating peer-to-peer applications using the Pear Runtime. The ideal candidate will define technical direction, support engineers, and translate developments into actionable work.

You will collaborate closely with the Holepunch engineers, ensuring optimal performance and modular design practices. We are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in software engineering, proficiency in React Native and/or Electron, and excellent communication skills in a global team.
