Business Development Representative (BDR) – Remote (Austin, TX) Our client, a high‐growth startup in the InsurTech space, is seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Representative to join their fully remote team. You will help build a repeatable outbound motion from the ground up, working closely with the Growth team to generate qualified leads and shape a fast‐growing startup's sales playbook. 60,000 – $70,000 per year, plus performance‐based incentives (up to $120‐$130k OTE).
