Key Responsibilities:



Manage buyer and seller transactions from contract to closing

Coordinate with clients, agents, lenders, title/escrow officers, and inspectors

Track deadlines, schedules, and required documentation

Maintain accurate records and update client databases

Ensure compliance and timely submission of all transaction files



Requirements:



Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Detail-oriented with excellent coordination skills
