Reporting Analyst (3rd Shift)

Job Description

The Reporting Analyst is responsible for metric reporting and analysis, billing and operational processes, as well as day-to-day inquiries.

• Location Specifics : Megatower, Mandaluyong
• Requirement : At least 2 years of RPO AND Reporting Experience,Has the ability to support reporting activities of accounts, manage stakeholders and keep a close communication with the said stakeholders
• Position Setup : Hybrid (Twice in a month)
• Shift: M-F 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM - 3rd Shift

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete all required client reporting based on established service line agreement.
• Complete requirements for other metrics and reporting.
• Accept and complete all ad hoc reporting requests in a timely manner.
• Create and maintain billing templates.
• Develop audit process for monthly billing reconciliation.
