Requirements Manager, Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers

Position Overview In this role, you’ll take the lead on Requirements Management for our Infrastructure group, working closely with engineers across all levels. From bid phase to project delivery, you’ll be the go-to for driving requirements activities—often with minimal supervision.

The Kiewit Infrastructure Engineers (KIE), Integrative Engineering & Technology group is focused on bringing in experienced systems professionals to set standards, lead engineering teams, deliver training, and support districts and projects. The goal is to drive successful outcomes—both in terms of schedule and financial performance—by providing strong technical leadership and consistent guidance throughout the project lifecycle.

Location This position is based at our Oakville, Ontario location, with flexibility for travel to and from the US and Canada.
