Research Analyst / Executive Search

Selion Global is a partner-led executive search and leadership advisory firm with partner offices internationally. We advise boards, founders, and senior leaders on the appointments and leadership transitions that shape long-term direction.

We are seeking a Research Analyst to work fully remotely as the analytical engine of our search and advisory practice. Working closely with the firm‘s leadership, you will build the market intelligence on which our mandates and our business development depend, mapping sectors, organisations, and leaders with rigour and precision.

·       Mapping sectors, organisations, and talent pools to inform live mandates and the firm‘s business development
