Materials Engineer II – Construction and Concrete Research & Development Head





Research & Innovation



Lead the design, testing, and optimization of concrete mixes, admixtures, and alternative binders.

Develop sustainable solutions (e.g., low-carbon cement, recycled aggregates, geopolymer concrete).



Quality Assurance & Standards



Establish laboratory protocols and ensure compliance with ASTM, AASHTO, ISO, and local standards.

Oversee performance testing (compressive strength, durability, permeability, shrinkage).



Project Leadership



Direct R&D projects from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Supervise engineers and technicians, providing mentorship and technical guidance.
