Overview

BSC-CNS is the leading supercomputing center in Spain. The Research Engineer will work on ASIC design research, focusing on analog and mixed‑signal design and physical design tasks within integrated circuit projects at the center.

Responsibilities

• Design full‑custom analog circuits in CMOS technology, including schematic creation, layout and simulation.
• Prepare TCL scripts for physical design EDA tools.
• Conduct power analysis of ASIC designs before and after layout.
• Design DDR3 PHY in CMOS technology.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Electronic Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of practical experience with analog design and simulation tools such as Cadence Virtuoso, Spectre/Synopsys Custom Compiler, HSPICE.
