Research & Technology Program Manager (Landing & Integration)

Role: Lead Research & Technology (R&T) program management activities for the Landing & Integration division in Toronto, driving technology maturation and innovation in alignment with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex R&T programs from early research to maturity (TRL progression).
• Manage cross-functional teams (Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, Quality).
• Ensure delivery on cost, schedule, and performance.
• Contribute to technology roadmap and identify emerging trends and weak signals.
• Drive open innovation through external partnerships (startups, suppliers, academia).
• Represent the company in conferences and innovation ecosystems.
• Promote AI awareness and integration into R&T activities.
• Actively represent Safran in the Ontario and Canadian R&T funding ecosystems.
