The role focuses on workforce planning, resource utilization, coordination across departments, and ensuring that the right resources are available at the right time to meet business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and allocate resources (manpower, equipment, and materials) based on project and operational requirements
Monitor resource utilization to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity
Coordinate with project managers, department heads, and HR for resource planning and deployment
