The Managing Director/a will lead a software development company based in Bratislava, a subsidiary of a Germany-based company.
The company has around 70 internal employees and 40 freelancers, mainly focused on Java-based software development.
The role combines overall company management with direct responsibility for software production, ensuring efficient, scalable and high-quality delivery across the full software development lifecycle.General Management
Full P&L responsibility for the company.
Overall leadership of the company: strategy, organization, budgeting and performance.
Act as the main interface with the parent company.
Build and maintain a strong management team and a high-performance culture.
Ensure compliance with legal, financial and HR requirements.
Support recruitment, retention and development of key technical and managerial profiles.
