A professional and experienced Restaurant Captain is required to oversee the dining service team and ensure smooth restaurant operations. The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising waiters/waitresses, maintaining service quality, and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

• Supervise and coordinate service staff during daily operations
• Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
• Take responsibility for table service quality and restaurant etiquette
• Handle guest requests, complaints, and special requirements professionally
• Assign duties and guide waiters/waitresses during service
• Coordinate with the kitchen and management for smooth operations
• Ensure cleanliness and proper restaurant presentation standards
