Hermès is looking for a Data Analyst to strengthen its understanding of both clients and business dynamics across the 6 stores in the Middle East region. The role combines customer‑centric analyses with deep business performance insights to support teams in elevating service, client experience, and retail excellence. By ensuring high data quality and transforming complex information into actionable recommendations, the Data Analyst will help the Maison make informed decisions that advance both customer knowledge and operational performance.
