• Full-Cycle Offline Channel Operations: Responsible for the planning, development, and optimization of offline sales channels in the Philippines. Focus on expanding supermarkets, beauty multi-brand stores (e.g., Watsons/SM Beauty), department store counters, and local retail outlets. Establish a robust distributor and partner ecosystem to enhance brand coverage and market penetration.
• Channel Relationship & Performance Management: Maintain relationships with core offline partners and distributors. Formulate channel sales targets, incentive schemes, and KPI evaluation systems.
