We are looking for a passionate and driven Retail Manager to assist the Business Manager.

• Manpower Planning: Roster staff according to projected Peak and Non-Peak traffic, ensuring adequate capacity on sales floor
• Sales Management: Track store performance, identify gaps and recommend actions to improve results
• Execute in-store sales incentive programme including information dissemination, performance tracking and incentive distribution
• Performance Coaching: Individual and team coaching for frontliners to improve Sales and CE performance
• Gather and escalpate customer / frontline insights to relevant teams for sales process, CE and promo enhancements
