Retail Operations & Inventory Manager

The Retail Operations & Inventory Manager (Maternity cover) is responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective management of store operations. This role involves overseeing stock accuracy, back‑of‑house organization, store operational guidelines, and the provisioning process for uniforms, packaging, and other assets necessary for the selling ceremony. The Retail Operations & Inventory Manager plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence and supporting the overall retail strategy. This role reports to the Head of Global Retail Operations and is part of the global Retail Excellence team.

This is a fixed‑term position to cover a maternity leave (from now until end of 2026)

Your role will be:

• Ensure day‑to‑day retail operational excellence by owning store provisioning flows (uniforms, packaging, and other selling ceremony/BOH assets), stock accuracy, and store operational guidelines.
