Role Description
We are seeking a Retired marine surveyor - Freelancer based in Metro Vancouver, Canada, to perform periodical port inspections. The role involves performing visual holds inspections, watertightness tests for holds (hose test), Draft Survey, sealing of holds, witnessing and documenting loading processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and detailed reporting. This is a field role, ideal for professionals with maritime inspection experience looking for combining their free time with periodical port inspections.

Working schedule: Flexible shifts on-call: Day-shifts or Night-shifts, depending on the Terminal's working schedule and the inspector's availability
