Role Description

A leading UK defence organisation and trusted partner to the Ministry of Defence is seeking a Principal RF Engineer to join its high-performing Hardware-in-the-Loop team. This role offers hands-on access to world-class equipment within an 80% onsite, collaborative environment. Working alongside industry experts, you'll contribute to advanced real-time simulations that enable full-system missile testing in a controlled setting-delivering some of the most sophisticated engineering challenges in the sector.

Key Responsibilities:
As an HWIL RF Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and sustainment of both new and existing RF systems. Working within a multi-disciplinary environment, you will collaborate closely with RF, electronics, and software engineering teams to deliver innovative capabilities that enable advanced HWIL simulation and testing.
