Risk & Compliance Intern (Voluntary Internship)

Job Description

The primary purpose of this role is to support the Risk and Compliance Team in ensuring the Company's adherence to all relevant laws, rules, and regulations, with a dedicated focus on digitizing and automating regulatory compliance knowledge.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Regulatory Content Design and Development
• Support the development of RegTech initiatives
• Research, organize, and summarize complex Philippine regulatory requirements (including IC circulars, AML, Data Privacy, and FCPA provisions) to create a comprehensive knowledge base.
• Structure the regulatory content into clear, concise, and searchable data points, mapping out the conversational flow and decision‑tree logic for user interface.
• Coordinate with the Company’s DPO to ensure all functions and data processing align with the latest guidance on the application of the Data Privacy Act (DPA) to AI Systems.
