Risk & Governance Division Head

About the Role:

As the Risk & Governance Division Head, you will play a critical leadership role in shaping and overseeing the Bank’s enterprise-wide risk management strategy. You will ensure that risk governance frameworks, policies, and controls effectively support sustainable business growth while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead and enhance the Bank’s Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework covering credit, operational, liquidity, market, fraud, strategic, and emerging risks.
• Drive the implementation of the Risk Appetite Framework across all business units and ensure alignment with the Bank’s growth strategy.
• Partner with senior management to balance business growth, digital innovation, and regulatory compliance through a proactive and adaptive risk management approach.
