Job Summary

The Assistant Relationship Manager is the primary service contact of clients. He/She will be responsible for supporting the Relationship Manager on customer onboarding, account servicing, transaction processing, report generation and account management. 
Responsibilities:
Serves the clients on their banking needs

Acts as back-up Relationship Manager (RM) the event the RM is not available to ensure the efficient and continuous delivery of services

Works closely with the RM to ensure sales compliance and proper documentation of all transactions to be audit-ready
