About The Role

The client is seeking a detail‑oriented RMA & RTV Operations Coordinator to support reverse logistics operations, including RMA processing, RTV tracking, customer communication, and outbound shipping support.

Key Responsibilities

• Issue RMA numbers according to internal procedures
• Respond to customer and partner email inquiries
• Assist in issuing credit memos
• Verify completeness and accuracy of RMA data
• Follow up on pending or incomplete RMAs
• Maintain accurate RTV records
• Monitor and report aging RTV inventory
• Flag discrepancies and escalate when needed
