Road Operations Supervisor

Distribution and Dispatch Planning:

• Ensure Allocation of orders to transporters through vendor portal and get visibility of order acceptance from vendor for dispatch planning;
  align road dispatches/forecast on shift to shift basis.
• Track STO movements for plant
• Monitor and review Logistics MIS on daily weekly fortnightly and monthly basis on various dispatch performance indicators for all Plants and discuss with respective PLHs/ head Operations .
• On daily basis manage fleet requirement and priority movement share of fleet efficiencies & reasons for variance and monitor truck yard management system at the plant
• Evaluate infrastructure available for truck loading with type and allocate a loading time window sector wise depending upon transit time and other barriers
