Background Synthium is a robotics and Embodied AI venture building systems that capture human cognition through interactive simulation. We transform multimodal human behavior into structured datasets used to train next generation robotics foundation models. We are looking for a Robotics Engineer (Entry-Level) to join us at the frontier of simulation, teleoperation, and dataset generation for humanoid and mobile robots.
Job scope The Role Contribute to the robotics simulation architecture powering Synthium’s data generation and training pipeline Work directly with the founders and research collaborators on simulation, embodiment, and teleoperation systems Help design and implement components that bridge simulation, human-in-the-loop systems, and large scale dataset generation Take ownership of well-scoped technical modules and ship production-ready code
