Robotics Programmer

RidgeTech Automation is seeking a highly skilled Robotics Programmer to join our growing team.

Qualifications The ideal candidate will have a post‑secondary degree/diploma in Electrical Engineering, Control Systems, Robotics & Automation, or a similar program. Robot programming experience with Fanuc, Yaskawa, Motoman, or ABB is required, and robotic welding (spot or MIG) would be an asset.

Responsibilities Configuration and Set-up for Robotics Projects

Configuring and developing motion programs

Creating offline robot simulations

Commissioning and debugging machines at client sites

Setting up robot safety/standard IO communications

Programming multiple robot applications (welding, material handling, glue/sealer, vision)

Troubleshooting electrical/mechanical and fluid power systems

Simulation of robots with 3D models using various software
