Duties:
Carrying out roofing repairs and maintenance across occupied and void properties
Repairing and replacing roof tiles, battens, felt roofing, flat roofs, and asphalt systems
Completing chimney repairs, lead work, and installation of ridge, verge, and hip tiles
Repairing and maintaining guttering, downpipes, fascias, soffits, and barge boards
Installing and repairing roof insulation, ventilation systems, rooflights, and skylights
Attending emergency call-outs to make properties safe following leaks or storm damage
