Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead roofing crews on-site, ensuring workis completed safely, efficiently, and to high standards
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of roofingsystems, including metal roofing and flat/membrane systems (TPO, SBStorch-applied)
• Conduct on-site troubleshooting and repairs for roofingand construction-related issues
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and roofingregulations
• Plan and coordinate daily work schedules, labor, andresources
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality control andadherence to project specifications
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot construction androofing equipment
• Train and mentor team members on proper techniques,safety practices, and equipment use
• Coordinate with contractors, project managers, and otherstakeholders on-site
