ROPA Administration Team Head

About the Role

As the ROPA Administration Team Head , you will be responsible for supervising the documentation, compliance, and processing of NROPA/ROPA accounts for Auto Loans and Real Estate Mortgage Loans in accordance with standard operating procedures.

How you'll contribute

• Responds to queries and emails to fulfill commitments to internal and external clients.
• Oversee ROPA Team operations to ensure seamless execution of services provided to both internal and external clients.
• Prepares reports on document and collateral status for proper monitoring of ROPA/NROPA accounts prior to endorsement to PMD for booking or to the Legal Department for foreclosure.
• Reviews and validates documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness before endorsement.
• Monitors team performance, provides guidance, and conducts regular evaluations to maintain high service standards.
