Role Description
Manage and sell to customers as a Route Service Account Manager. This role involves delivering essential service products while cultivating strong customer relations along your route.
In this role, you will work primarily in the Rental Division to enhance customer accounts. Your focus will include delivering and picking up uniforms and other essential products while addressing client needs. Build strong relationships, manage quality standards, and work with team dynamics to achieve service goals on a 4-day workweek.
Key Responsibilities:
• Represent the company as the main customer contact
• Proactively solve customer issues and ensure quality
• Upsell and cross-sell additional services and products
• Negotiate renewals and monitor inventory levels
• Adhere to driving safety and vehicle regulations
Requirements:
• Current valid driver's license required
• Meet all Provincial vehicle operation standards
