The EOIS platform has the following planned initiatives which require resources to support several application sustainment and support initiatives. This platform hosts a business-critical Case Management System, Common Assessment under Employment Services Transformation (EST) initiative, Apprenticeship System, Service Provider Connect System with Data Warehouse and Reporting environment, and several public facing applications.

· Monthly application releases EOIS has a planned cycle of 12 monthly releases that requires comprehensive build and test activities in the pre-production environment to ensure seamless deployments to the production environment.
