1. Microsoft Great Plains 2016, 2018
   
2. Logibec MMS (Materials Management System)
3. BSSI HFM (Health Financial Management)
4. OTR
5. AODA compliance
6. MS Teams, MS Excel, MS Power Point
7. Knowledge of Service Management Processes with 5+ years' experience in supporting remote clients.
8. Experience triaging tickets, prioritizing, categorizing, and handling service requests, incidents, and problem tickets
9. Experience with Footprints Ticketing Application
10. Strong interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills
11. 2+ years of experience working in the healthcare industry (Preferred)
