Ruby AI Engineer — Independent Contractor

G2i is looking for an independent contractor with over 3 years of professional software engineering experience in Ruby. The role involves comparing and ranking code snippets, repairing AI-generated code, and injecting feedback into the reinforcement learning pipeline.

The ideal candidate should have strong code-review instincts, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. This position does not require prior RLHF or AI training experience.
