SaaS solution-IT

• ideally 8+ years of experience in Development, Integration on cloud platform along with IT security know-how
• Azure (or AWS) development experience is a must
• Working knowledge of SaaS Platforms with a good understanding of Jira's technologies, Remedy preferred.
• Ability to be self-sufficient, working directly with customers to troubleshoot and solve issues.
• In deep understanding of integration standards and transports
• Strong understanding of industry integration technologies such as MuleSoft, Boomi, etc.
• to build consuming APIs and writing/reading technical documentation
• Experience with integrating REST and SOAP APIs, SFTP, and other SaaS protocols. Along with Web Service solutions
• ServiceNow experience required. ITIL certification a plus.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and ability to write SQL queries.
• . Must be comfortable presenting technical content to customer audiences.
