Summary About the Position: Position serves as a Range Operations Controller for the Baumholder Major Training Area (BMTA) and the U.S. controlled Local Training Area (LTA) in Baumholder, Germany. The BMTA and LTA facilities consist of approximately 32,0000 acres of training land. The mission of the Range Operations Controller to is to supervise and control the safe use of all Baumholder Major Training Area and Local Training Area facilities as well as operate the Range Control Communications Center. Responsibilities Provides immediate and continuing support for combat operations or to support maintenance and repair of combat essential systems of the armed forces.
