Role Description
Title: Sales Administrator
Location: Edmonton Regional Office, rd Street NW
Job Overview
Reports to the Director of Sales and supports the new home sales process by providing administrative support to the Sales Department and ensuring efficient flow of sales documentation and information.
Responsibilities
- Generate and process reports, payroll and realtor invoices.
- Create customer correspondence and possession letters.
- Manage scheduling, orchestrate agendas, and record minutes for meetings.
- Develop dynamic presentations and visuals for meetings.
- Support processing of sales offers, Fintrac and financial documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain information in SharePoint and related programs.
- Identify and implement process improvements to boost productivity.
- Use tools such as Hubspot, Fintracker, Newstar, and DocuSign for task management.
