Sales Coordinator

• Attend to incoming hotline and customer enquiries professionally

• Support the planning and coordination of Marketing Campaigns, Events and Training Activities

• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Sales & Marketing team

• Assist with packing, shipment preparation, and LC document processing

• Prepare monthly pending sales order reports for the Accounts team

• Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure smooth operations

• Ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Training will be provided

• Min Certificate in Marketing/Communication or related field

• Proficient in using MS Office

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

• Working Hours: Mon to Fri (830am - 530pm)

• Salary: Up to $2800
