Position overview

We are seeking a motivated, accomplished, determined Sales Director who will be responsible for further developing Mexico’s market according to the company’s business strategies. This position will be based in our Monterrey offices and reports to VP & Director, Mexico, making a significant contribution to our dynamic global organization.

Main responsibilities

  • Recruit, Lead, and Develop a Team of Regional Business Development Managers (RBDM)
  • Collaborate with the VP & Director, Mexico to review markets for future expansion
  • Identify selected target accounts that fit the Key Account / Diversification Strategy
  • Assist the RBDMs to penetrate and close potential key accounts to achieve target business plans
