Role Description

You will empower the Sales team with the knowledge, skills, and tools they need to deliver outstanding value to customers. You’ll design and deliver engaging learning experiences, translate product and sales content into clear instructional materials, and continuously improve enablement programmes to boost performance across the sales journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Design and develop engaging learning experiences for the Sales team, including e-learning modules, interactive workshops, job aids, and blended learning solutions
  • Maintain and evolve the portfolio of AI use cases and solutions
  • Structure and classify use cases (by industry, value, maturity, etc.)
  • Track status, progress, and impact of initiatives and opportunities
  • Support prioritization processes with structured information
