Role Description
- Submits orders by referring to price lists, product brochures and complete specifications.
- Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and future potential of clients or dealers.
- Adjusts content of sales presentations by studying the need of a specific buying influence.
- Resolves customer concerns and complaints by properly coordinating with support groups but not limited to developing solutions; compiling reports; making recommendations to management.
- Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily WIG activities, weekly itinerary, and other sales activities.
- Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc.
