Role Description

Responsibilities:

Sales Order:
Receive and process Sales Orders upon receipt of Purchase Order
Distribute SO to relevant parties when created
Follow up on Sales Order
Follow up on Shipping Instruction
Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA):
Work closely with QA/Engineering/Procurement on the handling of all warranty parts returned by customers’

File Management:
Spare Parts Database: To review Pricing & Maintain Spare Part List & Cost
SO Database: Up to date database management on yearly basis
Other Internal Database: Invoice /Airway Bill / Item receive / Date

Exhibition:
To be the point of contact for all shows participated by Greatech under the lead of a Sales Manager
Pro-actively seek direction and decision from lead of exhibitions for all exhibitions related matters
