  • Generating new leads. 
  • Meet the given target positively 
  • Handling incoming enquiries from prospective customers.
  • Deliver scripted information about product’s features, prices etc. and present their
    benefits. 
  • Understanding the requirement of the customers & explaining on product and
    benefits. 
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately in a computer system for
    converting the Enquiries into Sales.
  •  Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales. 
  • Keep records of calls and sales and record useful information.
