Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
- Develop and maintain relationships with printing companies, in-plant facilities, and outsourced print providers.
- Engage banks, insurance companies, and large organizations that outsource print and CCM services.
- Schedule appointments and establish current accounts; transition signed clients to the delivery/technical team.
- Assess customer requirements and propose customized CCM solutions.
- Monitor sales activities and manage the pipeline using Zoho CRM or similar platforms.
