Role Description

Achieve personal sales targets and KPIs consistently
Ensure compliance with organizational quality standards and procedures
Manage and respond to client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution
Support auditors by coordinating their requests and ensuring closure
Actively gather potential customer information and follow up on sales leads, quotations, and agreements
Schedule and coordinate Business Development calls and activities
Assist in developing and executing local sales campaigns as directed by the Business Development or Account Managers
Coordinate mass mailing campaigns and business outreach activities
Regularly review personal sales performance and submit timely reports
Maintain accurate records and update customer data in the CRM system (Companion database)
