Sales Head – Plotted & Villa Projects

Reporting To: CEO / Business Head 

Role Overview

The Sales Head – Plotted & Villa Projects will lead the complete sales strategy, planning, and execution for Rustomjee’s upcoming land and villa developments across multiple locations, including Alibaug, Igatpuri, Karjat, Khopoli and future expansion corridors.

The role requires building a high-performance sales ecosystem covering:

• Channel Partner network
• Direct sales
• NRI and outstation markets
• Investor networks
• Digital lead conversion
• Site sales operations

The candidate will be responsible for revenue delivery, sales velocity, pricing discipline, and market intelligence across all projects.

This is a leadership role.
