Responsibilities:
Planning, directing and evaluating the sales operations as it relates to the service centre
Lead sales team in increasing business by prospecting and securing opportunities with new and existing customers
Determining sales strategies by maintaining/developing/expanding existing customers
Supporting the selection of prospects based on the knowledge of industrial sectors
Providing product technical knowledge to repair and maintenance staff
Supporting failure analysis investigations
Maintaining a current list of customer names, contacts, actions and requirements within the corporate CRM system (Office / SAP / C4C)
Assisting in coordinating capital investment
Manage and negotiate quotations for new business and repair works
