New Customer Acquisition –
1 . Conversion of leads received through App, Web application, and various marketing channels

2 . Preparing short-term and long-term sales plans for reaching the assigned goals

3 . Proactively identifying cross-selling/up-selling opportunities with the existing customers

4 . Identifying references through the existing customer base to increase the sales pipeline
Sales Target Achievement – Direct, manage and coach a team of sales executives for generating revenue through tele-sales

Achieve weekly/bi-weekly assigned sales targets through the team.

Sales Strategy – Build and execute a strategic plan for the team to boost per Sales Person productivity and deliver optimum revenue from the region.
