Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Report and update client entitlement records including but not limited to; contracted storage and usage, registered and contracted users.
• Sales Operations activities to support all stages of the sales cycle including preparing Opportunities, sales quotes, contracts and facilitation of contract execution.
• Maintain license inventory and associated analytics, including monthly reporting and reconciliations.
• Collaborate and maintain sales process guides and related training documentation.
• Key participant in driving sales team readiness.
• Identify process issues and recommend solutions with corresponding communication plans.
• Works directly with Sales Team and leadership to support efficient and effective execution of sales process.
• Facilitate Client onboarding and offboarding activities.
