Role Description

Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultant firm, is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing lifestyle and wellness retail chain in Indonesia. As part of its continued business expansion, our client is seeking a Sales Operational Excellence Manager to drive operational improvements, optimize sales performance frameworks, and enhance business processes across multiple clubs nationwide.
