Job Description

• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients.
• Conduct presentation of items to prospective clients.
• Responsible in closing deals with clients.
• Identifying customer needs and communicating client’s value proposition.
• Conduct research on potential prospects.
• Generate sales appointments and inside sales opportunities through outbound telemarketing campaigns, including manual internet leads.
• Manage the customer through lead generation, pipeline management, organization, effective communication and strong listening skills.
• Utilize, maintain and continuously improve various sales and communication techniques.
• Educate customers in all products, services and packages along with competitor's offerings.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market competition.
