Sales Trainer

Responsibilities

• Create engaging training materials (presentations, guides, multimedia)
• Conduct training sessions for sales teams (in-person and virtual)
• Provide one-on-one coaching to improve sales performance
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and product updates
• Measure training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement
• Work with sales and product teams to align training with business goals
• Support onboarding and training of new sales hires
